Located in the center of Manhattan and serving clients throughout the city since 1990, DBS’s primary focus is to provide end-to-end network services and support to our clients. We work primarily with Microsoft Windows related networks along with firewalls, routers, hardware, and security tools from various vendors.

Presently, we have the vacancies listed below.

  • Account Manager
    Seeking experienced Account Manager to further develop existing and create new accounts, ensure clients are satisfied and their issues properly resolved. Applicant should have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in IT services and support.
  • Field Technician
    Seeking experienced Field Technican who can install, modify and makes repairs to Windows based hardware/software systems, provide technical assistance and training to customers. Applicant should have A+, MSCE or other network related certifications, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience in IT Support, Networking, Internetworking or Network Security.
  • Helpdesk Analyst
    Seeking Helpdesk Analyst who can provide clients with the first level of support on Windows based hardware and software issues. Applicant should have a minimum of 6 months computer related experience. Ideally he/she should be working on obtaining A+, MSCE or other network related certificates.
  • Network Engineer
    Seeking experienced System Engineer who can delevop and implement logical solutions to client issues and support junior technicans with efficent problem solving techniques. Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Networking, Internetworking or Network Security. He/she should also have A+, MSCE or other network related certificates.
